Andrew Armbruster CPI

Andrew comes with a construction background that began as a young man working with his father on investment properties. He’s done, or been a part of, just about any residential construction phase of construction and has a profound dedication to excellence and doing the job right the first time.   The majority of his work career has been service and industry related construction.

I mentored Andrew shortly after he got his Florida Home Inspectors license and he has been a protégé of mine and has been doing inspections for many years now.  He is State Certified, a Member of InterNACHI, a Certified Professional Inspector and carries $1,000,000.00 Errors and Omissions Insurance. He holds a current State of Florida Workers Comp Exemption. He works with buyers, sellers, investors, builder and real estate brokers and agents.

He is profoundly qualified to do residential inspections and over the last three plus years has trained and studied extensively with me and my Orlando home inspection protocol. He’s Licensed, Certified, Background Checked, Insured and cares deeply for his clients well being. Andrew is a competent inspector that can be trusted and strives for 100% client satisfaction.

The Home Inspection Protocol Is Done In Three Phases

It’s a process that stays the same with each inspection. Your report will follow the same protocol. The primary phases area;

• The Exterior
• The Roof
• The Interior

As I walk and observe the property, I’m looking at 100’s of items. Anything I see that can represent either money or labor to my buyer in some degree.

I have only my client’s interest at hand. After I complete each phase, I then walk my client through the same protocol and explain the issues of concern.

That way, when they get the report, they understand what it says and will be better prepared to address the concerns we find with the sellers.
